Welcome to our newest series. In “Friday Favorites,” our team will share a handful of favorite items. These can range from clothes to beauty products to recipes to books and anything in between.

If your toddler is anything like mine, he can go from a cute, love monkey to a hangry, raging little dude in no time. Having pre-made snacks that he can actually feed himself buys me time and keeps him occupied while I make him a meal. Remember to keep an eye on your kiddo whenever they’re eating, and consider their developmental stage as far as chewing and swallowing when choosing appropriate snacks.

Here are some of my favorite easy snacks for toddlers!

Happy Tot Organics Fiber & Protein Bar

These come in a variety of flavors with no-added sugars. At around 100 calories a bar, I like to offer these between breakfast and lunch. My child is a big fan of the Apple Spinach and Banana Strawberry with Sunflower Butter. I am a big fan of the fiber and protein which fill him up!

Bamba Peanut Puffs

A great way to introduce your little one to peanut butter, these delicious puffs dissolve easily so even those older babies with few teeth can still snack on them. I’m not going to lie, I usually sneak a few, too.

Sensible Portions Garden Veggie Straws

What kid doesn’t like veggie straws? I love them because they’re salty, a great on-the-go snack, and I get an enormous bag at Costco for $5! All my kids have eaten these since they were toddlers because they can be broken into easily dissolved pieces.

Annie’s Bunny Grahams Snacks

Organic, bite-size, and they come in a variety of flavors. What toddler wouldn’t love these? My youngest loves the Honey, while my older kids are partial to the Chocolate Chip. With so many flavors, everyone can have their favorite.

Pepperidge Farm Goldfish

This list would obviously be incomplete without the most classic of all toddler snacks. Goldfish are a staple in our pantry. From classic cheddar to pretzel to flavor blasted and even veggie, Goldfish offer a plethora of portable varieties to please any member of your household. Plus, is there a carseat in all of existence that doesn’t have a few of these crushed in the most hard to clean crevices?
