Big Spring Ranch is our Colorado summer camp for boys. Campers select their own activities from the wide variety offered. Many choose to be out-of-camp more than half the term on our incredible trips–mountain climbing, horseback riding, rock climbing, tubing on the river, canoeing, fishing, and backpacking through spectacular wilderness areas. In-camp choices include sports, crafts, archery, riflery, hikes, fossil digging, horseback rides and much more.
Dream Big Day Camp
The philosophy behind the program at Dream BIG Day Camp is to offer a wide array of activities so campers get broad exposure to many areas and get to try new things in a safe and supportive environment. The mantra here is: It must be safe! It must be fun! Every camper must be engaged!
The program here is designed so that children cannot only co-exist but truly thrive regardless of their personal interests. Campers can try new things and still enjoy those areas in which they have a greater level of interest.
Sierra Nevada Journeys
SIERRA NEVADA JOURNEYS TURNS SUMMER CAMP INTO A POWERFUL, ENRICHING EXPERIENCE AS CAMPERS ARE IMMERSED INTO OUTDOORS
Camps run from Sunday afternoon to Friday morning and are held at Grizzly Creek Ranch, located near Portola, California — just 50 minutes north of Reno and 2 hours from Sacramento. Your camper will experience activities such as archery, kayaking, the challenge course and sharing stories by the campfire.
Urban Roots
We offer day camp activities in the spring, summer and fall – each camp session aligns with Washoe County School District break periods. Our immersive outdoor learning environment allows campers to get dirty, make friends, and enjoy learning that always prioritizes fun! Campers will grow to better appreciate and respect the natural world through lessons about chickens, insects, compost, engineering and everything in-between!
