Grape Salad

This grape salad is easy to make, does not require a lot of ingredients, and can be served year-round! It’s great for a party or just because.

2lb Green Seedless Grapes
2lb Red Seedless Grapes
8oz Brick of Cream Cheese – room temperature
8oz Sour Cream
1/4 Cup White Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
Chopped Pecans or Walnuts, optional

Remove grapes from stems, wash, and dry thoroughly.
Beat cream cheese in a stand mixer or with a hand mixer on medium until smooth.
Add in sour cream and mix until incorporated and smooth.
Add white sugar and vanilla and mix well.
Fold grapes into the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate for at least one hour, or overnight.
When ready to serve, sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans (feel free to omit this if you have a nut allergy or swap out with a different nut if that’s preferred).

If you have little ones who cannot eat whole grapes, it’s okay to cut grapes into smaller pieces prior to mixing them into the cream cheese mixture.
If there is a nut allergy, omit the pecans.
If you don’t have pecans or prefer a different chopped nut like walnuts.
