YMCA Military Outreach

Deployment can be a stressful and uncertain time for our nation’s servicemen and women and their families. In partnership with the Armed Forces YMCA and the Department of Defense, the Y is proud to offer memberships and respite child care services to eligible military families and personnel to give them extra support during this difficult period. It’s the Y’s way of giving back to those who dedicate themselves to serving our country.

Imagine a smiling group of U.S. troops gathered around a Christmas Tree that was grown on an American farm and shipped to arrive fresh and green somewhere on the other side of the world, just in time for Christmas. Or, imagine a spouse and children sharing joyous memories of Christmas through the gift of free, real Christmas Tree while their family member is away serving our country. Gather the family to donate a tree, or check if your local installation will be receiving trees.

What is more fun than matching jammies for the whole family? Choose from several themes and sizes. Soft flannel keeps everyone warm in the winter months while lightweight fabric keeps out the cold without overheating. Fun for everyone!
