My girls and I love making some sprinkle cookies for each holiday using coordinating colored sprinkles. They are great to gift to a friend, teacher, or neighbor too!
Ingredients:
Funfetti Cake Mix
1/2 cup canola or coconut oil
2 eggs
3 tablespoons of sprinkles of choice (the more colorful the better!)
1/4 cup flour
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
2. Mix all ingredients together until combined.
3. Scoop onto baking sheet.
4. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
4. Let cool to firm up.
Notes:
Servings: 18-24 depending on cookie size.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10-12 minutes
Total Time: 15-17 minutes (20 including time to cool)
